Beginner/Intermediate Camp

This is the perfect introduction to beach volleyball or volleyball in general. This is great for indoor players new to beach or new players altogether. This camp will provide the following:

Introduce: Introduce the sport to those new to volleyball,
Build: Build the common skills such as passing, setting, hitting, and serving used in both indoor and outdoor volleyball.
Teach: Teach the basic rules and strategies of Beach Volleyball

Camp Director & Coach - Mike Inglis

Mike Inglis is the Founder and Director of the HMB Beach Volleyball Club and is in his 8th year as the Head Coach of the Half Moon Bay High School Beach Volleyball team after founding the program in 2018 and capturing the 2021 NorCal High School Beach Volleyball Championship title just 3 short years later! He also spent 2 years as a USA Volleyball High Performance Coach evaluating and coaching athletes for the USA National Team pipeline. Mike has been playing volleyball for over 30 years both indoor and outdoor competitively. He's excited to bring beach volleyball to kids in the Bay Area and impart a love for the game that can last a lifetime!
